We need only a ring size and the style of the engagement ring to design attractive options from which to choose from.
Half eternity rings have stones only across the face of the band, which suits engagement rings with larger gemstones and this style can be more comfortable to wear. Full diamond eternity rings are set with diamonds or gemstones encircling the band.

The shape of the stone is as important as the type of stone and this will dictate the style of setting.
